1. Acceptance of terms

By using landman.careers (the "Site") or sending a form through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is and is not

• The Site is run by Our Landmen LLC. It collects bench sign-ups from contract landmen and requests from companies that need landmen.
• Sending a form does not create a job, a contract, an employment relationship or an attorney-client relationship, and it is not a promise that we will contact you.
• We are landmen, not attorneys. The notices, glossary and answers on the Site are general information, not legal, tax or title advice.
• Designations are recorded as each landman reports them. We do not verify them.
• Please send accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Site only for lawful business purposes. Do not:

• Use automated scrapers or crawlers to harvest sign-ups, notices or other content from the Site.
• Send false, deceptive or spam submissions.
• Probe, breach or overload the Site or its security.
• Pose as another person, company or licensed professional.

4. Ownership of the Site

The text, branding, layout and graphics on this Site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its members and contractors are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages from your use of the Site or reliance on what is on it. We do not guarantee any job, any company or any landman.
